Such a fun, poppin', vibey spot for some rich comfort food and drinks! This place gets packed with people coming for after-work drinks and hangouts with friends, so keep that in mind if coming during peak hours! There's a large menu with burgers, fries, and Mexican food, and we decided to have the Gordito Zapato (a crispy burrito-thing with buttermilk chicken, but no rice $18) and loaded nachos (I think they were called Manfut nachos on the menu? ~$20?) for our post-workout meal for 2. There was an extensive drink menu available as well. You first go all the way down to order at the counter, then you get a number and food/drinks are brought to your table. There's a self-serve station for some hand sanitizer, hot sauce, napkins etc downstairs near the kitchen entrance. Otherwise, you can pick where you'd like to sit - at a rugged booth, long table, or even upstairs where there's plenty of room for gatherings. Food was savory, greasy, and flavorful, and hit the spot.

Really enjoyed my visit here! Food was great and vibes were fun. Like many others, I came to Garaje for a quick bite before the Giants game. Lots of people had the same idea so it does get busy. They limit sitting time to 40 minutes before games. My S.O. and I shared the Cali Steak Zapato which was SO GOOD! Will definitely come back for another. Inside reminds me of a dive bar. Almost missed the unassuming entrance when walking by. If you're hard of hearing, this place may be difficult to talk and hear in because of the music. Parking is tough. I recommend walking or taking the bus which has a stop right in front.

A nice food forward pub. A good fusion of latin (mexican) and other cuisines (asian, american). I ate with five others and their crab melt was amazing, I had their fish and chips which was a huge portion of nicely breaded fish and crisp fries. There isn't much of a service component, but all employees are friendly and seem truly happy while their booths and floors are clean and I like their no frills wacky interior. Music keeps things lively, but isn't overly loud.
